ARRIVAL & ASSESSMENT
Your technician inspects the oven thoroughly. If we have the part in stock, you get an instant quote. Otherwise, we’ll send a detailed written quote after assessment.
APPROVAL
For in-stock parts, your technician explains costs and gets approval on the spot. For sourced parts, you receive a full quote. Approve and we order parts with no extra service call fee.
REPAIR
We use genuine or manufacturer-recommended parts and approved repair methods. Most repairs completed same-day when parts are available. No additional call-out charge for second visits.
TESTING & HANDOVER
Your technician demonstrates the repair, answers questions, and provides a detailed invoice with warranty details.

What warranty comes with your repairs?
All repairs include a 12-month warranty on parts and a 3-month warranty on labour. Warranties cover only the specific repair work and parts supplied, not the entire appliance.
Do you provide emergency repairs?
Yes. We offer priority and limited emergency repair availability, subject to technician availability and location. Our office team is available Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–7:00 PM, and Saturday 8:30 AM–4:30 PM for urgent requests.
Can I get a quote over the phone?
We can provide service call-out fees over the phone once you advise your appliance type and brand. An on-site assessment is required to diagnose the issue and determine if parts are needed. In some cases, only the service call-out fee applies with no parts required.
