Yes. We can repair stoves still under manufacturer’s warranty. For the repair to be covered under warranty, contact the manufacturer directly and request a work order confirming warranty coverage and authorisation. Once we receive the valid work order, we’ll proceed with the warranty repair.
If you prefer to proceed without a manufacturer’s work order, we’re happy to repair your stove on a chargeable basis. Either way, our repairs won’t void your manufacturer’s warranty when carried out to manufacturer repair standards.
